Hiring cycles are significantly longer this year than they were in the previous years, so it’s not too late! Even if your industry traditionally finishes hiring by this time period, smaller firms may not be finished. For example, if you want to work in consulting, the big 4 firms might have concluded the hiring cycle, but boutique consulting firms may still be looking.
If your industry has completed hiring for new grads, you can try applying to internships.
